Carol Stream ROTARY CLUB Makes Donation to Christmas Sharing Ann Kennedy of the Carol Stream Rotary Club presented a $2,000 check donation to the Carol Stream Christmas Sharing program this past Monday evening. Katheleen McNamara of our Social Services Unit was on hand to accept the generous donation from our esteemed Rotary Club. It is because of the wonderful support of our residents, businesses and civic institutions like the Carol Stream Rotary Club that over 6 tons of food were distributed to 280 under-resourced families in our community and 1,479 toys were distributed to 583 children from those same families this past Thursday. ONLY 4 DAYS REMAIN to make a voluntary DONATION on your DECEMBER WATER BILL to the Christmas Sharing program fund before this Saturdays due date. All contributions to this tax-exempt program effort are fully tax deductible to the maximum extent permitted by the U.S. Tax Code. Your support thus far has been a wonderful source of support to our local families in need during this challenging season for them.
