Challenge: Back & Chest ATTACK under 10 minutes 4 sets 225 lbs barbell Push ups- 10 reps Deadlifts between each set of push ups starting at 1 and increasing by 1 each set until you reach 5 deadlifts NON STOP By my third set, I had To rip off my Mask lol, by the 5th set I had To take off my weighted vest . I was sprawled on the floor for five minutes afterwards lol #Brutality #Hardcore #ChallengeCompleted #HurtsSoGood #WhoGotNext?
