Champions prepare to be successful....for me, that includes my weekly food prep. Ill be doing a review on these awesome food containers that have given me way more room in the fridge for a weeks worth of food! Woohoo! This weeks menu: Breakfast: Mini egg quiche with turkey sausage, spinach, cilantro, onions and mushrooms. (You can see pics of those in my prior photos. ) Ground Turkey patties with onions, mushrooms and seasoned with lipton onion soup (low sodium), ground turkey patties with mushrooms, onions and brown rice, with broccoli and sauteed fresh green beans for my sides and butter & red lettuce salad with leftover tender turkey breast, a sprinkle of dried cranberries, diced avocados (not pictured) with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Turkey with the brown rice on Tuesday and Thursday only to get more #complexcarbs in.
