A minor setback in my night, I knew it couldnt been that painful to get fixed. Gerber proved me right. First, I quoted Safelite Glass. Well, sorry guys, but there was no way I was paying $340 dollars for one power window. So, I looked up a quote for Gerber. A whopping $150 dollars?! Yes, please! I submitted my quote and called the next morning for installation. When I called the next morning, they were able to put in an appointment for me on 9/12/14 (the next day) and they would send a mobile unit to install IN MY PARKING LOT! I knew this had to be too good to be true. Well, the quote I had mentioned in my phone conversation jumped up to $177 because I mistakenly put a 2007 Focus instead of a 2008. I mentioned that I had been quoted $150, but the lady stated I mistaken the year on the car. She knocked my bill down to $173. Yes, not that big of a difference, but was still thoughtful. So, fast forward to 9/12 at 7:55am. I wake up, I missed a call, and it was my Gerber guy confirming my appointment and my address. I call him back, miss him, and leave him a message with my address. I fall asleep. I wake up 30 minutes later and the guy is already working on my car because my boyfriend gave him the keys. 9:15 rolls around, the guy is completely done. My window looks amazing and he is handing my keys back. Honestly, I have never had better service from an appointment style company. Comcast has always let me down, Ashley furniture was always late, etc. This company obviously is doing something right with their drivers. I am more than pleased.
