Check this out! November 6th at 4 pm in the City Council Chambers the Mayor is going to declare it Fitscription month. This is a new program created by several organizations in the Healthy City Task Force, of which include Angel Drops, H.H. Fitness, THRC San Marcos, and others where patients receive a fitscript along with their prescript which prescribes exercise for better health. It can be what ever you and your provider determines is best for your current health condition. Calling all health providers of all disciplines to jump on board and help make this a unique way of getting San Marcos in better shape! Central Texas Medical Center will be handing out the newly created ,tear off Fitscription pads and proving more information about this fitastic program. Come join us in the launch! All are welcome.
