Choosing to be on the Winning & Bright Side of Life This morning whilst reading the newspapers, something got my attention in the classified ads section: The rental prices for good houses. In Mount Pleasant, Namiwawa, Mandala, Sunnyside, Area 43, 9, 10 e.t.c. the rentals for good houses are between MK300,000 and MK900,000 (roughly about $700- $2,000) per month! I said WHAT!!!! Who can afford such houses? The truth is, there are people who can, and it is for these people that such houses are built. Other than just sit and complain how expensive things have become, I suggest you ask yourself one life-changing question: What must I learn and do differently to afford what I am failing to have today? You can have some follow-up questions such as: 1. What do the people with honest and clean money do to make their money? 2. What kind of education will equip me and position me for better income? 3. What can I offer to society that will create streams of revenue to me? 4. What money-making skills do I need to acquire and develop? 5. What kind of investments should I acquire and develop to qualify for a better and comfortable life five years from today? Choose to be on the winning side of life. Dont waste your precious time on earth complaining and believing life is unfair to you. Do something that will enable you to crossover to the bright side of life. It might take five to ten years, or even more, but start TODAY moving towards the bright side of life.
