Ciao from Italy. For all of our clients and followers that travel, here is a bodyweight challenge to do in ur hotel room. There is no gym where I am staying, but doesnt mean I dont get a workout in. Short, sweet and to the point!! SUPER LEGS 5 rounds: ✔️ squats- 20 reps ✔️ alternating lunges- 10 each leg ✔️ squat jumps- 20 reps ✔️ split jumps- 10 each leg ✔️ push-ups- 20 reps ✔️ super and- 20 reps I finished my routine in 18:42.
