Citibank does not take coin unless it is rolled. I tried to deposit 5$ in quarters and 2$ in dimes. I was told it had to be rolled. I said its not enough to be rolled. I was told I have save enough to make a roll and then deposit it. I said, wait - this is a bank, where the heck else am I going to cash in my change - and I cant even deposit it??? She told me she would take it this time, but in the future it has to be full rolls. She then gave me the paper rolls to start saving the money on the bottom of my pocketbook!! TRUE STORY!!!
