Coach Alices Tip of the Day! Did you set a new goal this year? Maybe yours is to lose 50 lbs? Just wanting to lose 50 lbs without having a strong enough why isnt going to be enough to keep you going when things get tough or when you feel like giving up! You need to know WHAT losing those 50 lbs is going to DO for your LIFE. Dig DEEP & get a VISION of what your life will look like once you reach your goal. That will deepen your desire & why. It will keep you going WHEN your journey gets hard. Notice I didnt say IF but WHEN! Because it will! Never do anything without knowing WHY youre doing it! ❤️
