Collections Analyst (Level 11) Job Title Accounts Transaction Processing Job Description The person will be responsible for processing AR, Billings, adjustments and write offs from medium to complex transactions. 1) Perform cash collection activities in line with Accenture and client’s policies and procedures 2) Communicating with customers both verbally (i.e. collect past due items, etc.) or in writing (ie sending balances, dunning letters, etc.) in specific language and in English 3) Dealing with disputes on invoices both with customers and Clients’ Sales representatives / Customer dpt. 4) Dealing with on-hold orders and support Clients’ Sales representatives / Customer dpt. 5) Provide customers with information as requested 6) Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments 7) Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance 8) Responsibility for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor 9) Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict. 10) Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write offs for assigned entities 11) Provide regular status report to the client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues. 12) Handle non-routine issues, escalates to management issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner 13) Understand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory activities if and when needed 14) Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed 15) Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface) Required Qualification: • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction • Written and Fluent spoken ability to communicate in another project specific language for Client interaction if required on the position • Client industry experience is a plus • At least 3 years experience in Collections area • Prior exposure to team coordination activities WorkForce: Services Talent Segment: Business Process Delivery Assigned Role: Transaction Processing Representative First Preferred Location Manila Apply by sending your CV to accenturejobs2013@gmail with the e-mail subject FB: Position (ex.
