Comcast: Weve been having many issues with comcast Internet. We are basically getting 25% of what we are paying for as far as speed. We trouble shooted that it is either the modem or signal to the house which requires a service call. The wifi speeds were the same as connected wireless. Both Customer service folks said router was outdated, I dont understand why they dont tell us this? Overall customer service was good with exception of trying to up-sell me, I told both of them nicely, please dont up-sell me until you give me what Im paying for. I think I need a new wireless router. We probably at night have 5/6 devices connected.
