Community Service Event January Community Service Event - Cadets and staff will be mustering at Hensley Company on Saturday January 17th at 0700 to muster and leaving for Mesa at 0705 to go to Commemorative Air Force, Falcon Field parking lot at 2017 N. Greenfield Rd Mesa, AZ. Parents wishing to assist in the transportation of cadets, please contact the Commanding Officer or the Executive officer by email. Everyone will muster at 0800 for a combined muster in the parking lot at the CAF in Mesa, BE ON TIME! If you live on the east side of the valley, you can (meet) muster at the Commemorative Air Force parking lot at 0800, then all hands will go to the fruit picking site, which is about a mile south on Greenfield Rd. We will be meeting up with the East Valley Sea Cadet group, Mykel Miller Battalion as part of the citrus picking effort. The community service will be followed by a visit to Falcon Field CAF museum located approximately 1 mile from the fruit collection site, and lunch will be provided immediately after the community service event and before we go to the museum. The uniform of tht day is PT Gear with Sea Cadet PT shirts with sweat pants or shirts with appropriate logos. Any clothing to be found inappropriate or offensive will result in the cadet to be sent home. Navy style of clothing is acceptable.
