Community Sports & Recreation Development Update. Now on a much more pleasant note for the week. Finally after many months of negotiations with the City of Tshwane, we have finally received a signed letter of support from the City of Tshwane Department of Sport & Recreation to develop the said sports facilities. We have received all the valuations on the property and the final documents are being drawn up to go to the Mayoral Committee for recommendation. The National Department of Sport & Recreation have now also indicated their willingness to get involved in this development. This has taken a long time but I suppose a project of this magnitude cost over R 650 million, that will create untold employment opportunities not to mention the professional coaching required to develop our future sportsmen / women irrespective of color or ability certainly takes time. Now we move to the next level and hopefully soon to development level. I will keep you all posted. Comments and assistance welcomed. Remember I previously mention the commission opportunity to earn quite handsome commissions on funding for the development. That still stands if anyone is interested. Many thousands of rands can be earned in this manner. We are BEE compliant and the Trust fund will be shortly registered as an NPO, then PBO, so all funding from whatever quarters welcomed.
