Job Description/Responsibilities: Make extensive outbound cold-calls Can build rapport and be Spontaneous with customers Set appointments Generate and manage Leads Work graveyard shift (US Business Hours) For Customer Service: Provide Excelent Customer Service Answer queries and provide quick resolution Provide customer service support through email Experience and Qualifications: Atleast finished 2nd year college Excellent English Communication Skills Confident, Professional, Exudes Enthusiasm, Positive attitude and attention to details. Strategic, Self-motivated and results oriented. With Call Center Experience of atleast 1 year on an outbound sales and inbound customer service.
