Company confidential Customer Service Advisor Job description PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS REQUIRED FOR LONG TERM ROLES IN BIRCHWOOD....GREAT WORKING HOURS FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS. We are currently recruiting for a number of part time inbound customer service / call centre roles working in Birchwood, Warrington. Reputable call centre and excellent working environment with facilities such as on-site parking and canteen services. Part Time 20 hours contracts available. The 20 hours per week will consist of predominantly 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday. You may be required to work some shifts over the weekend occasionally, in which case you would receive day off during the week. Therefore all applicants should be relatively flexible in their approach to working hours. Starting at £6.50 per hour which will increase to £7.99 per hour after initial 12 week period, plus bonus relating to call quality and compliance. Paid overtime is also often available, however this is optional and as per the needs of the business. This is initially a long term/ongoing temporary role, however there are often permanent opportunities at a later date for suitable candidates. The role involves dealing with customer financial/insurance queries and claims as well as keeping accurate records in relation to policy management and payment queries relating to customers insurance policies.
