Writing job descriptions Defining management titles and role definitions Market pricing jobs Implementing new structures Work on salary surveys, market pricings, pay line development processes and support the implementation of a new market pricing system (Pay Factors) Function as ambassador and advocate of the compensation program. May participate in manager training and communications. Participate in the review and design of compensation policies and procedures. May support executive and incentive compensation (including annual and long term incentive and sales incentive programs).Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant compensation experience Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS and market pricing systems (Kenexa experience preferred) High proficiency in Microsoft office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of management. Detail oriented with the ability to evaluate processes and make recommendations.
