Confused between Vento and Honda City I Dtec. Preference: Reliability, low maintenance cost, durability and fuel efficiency. My father is an Army Officer, the car will be maintained like a baby. Our Indica is 11 yrs old and still serves us well. So from that point of view which car do you suggest. I drove both the cars. Honda Pros: Plush interior, very good cabin space, amazing legroom and good headlights. Cons: Poor plastic quality, it was rattling like my Indica, doors were making squeaky noise when driven on bad roads, braking was not good, brake and steering at the same time was bit problematic. The whole car eas rattling, power as compared to the vento was quite less and the power delivery was very flat. Honda safety wise is also not as good as the vento. Vento: From power to handling everything was amazing, good interiors, legroom disappointed us a lot, engine noise and cabin noise was better than the City. Dad felt the car was a bit cramped up, may be because they have concentrated more on the safety. Interiors were Ok but not as good as the city. I want a good car that should be problem free and low on maintenance. A good peppy and comfortable car which has good safety features too, any other car except these two can also be considered.
