We are looking for highly motivated and zealous individual for the following position: Position: Functional Consultant Location: Karachi Pakistan (May require international travel) Job Description: As an Oracle Utility Stack Functional Consultant, you will engage in client interaction for full lifecycle implementation activities for Oracle’s Utility Stack. The implementation shall utilize your experience to drive requirements that need assessment, analyzing and developing blueprints and perform functional design, testing and post go-live activities for Utilities-specific Systems solution implementations. Job Responsibilities: • Leading workshops with client to identify and nurture their business processes • Participating in requirements definition and analysis and developing relevant artifacts • participating in Functional Design activities, designing and Developing Business Process Flows • May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget • Test Plan Development and Execution, Test Script Design and Development, • Support Client Training and System Adoption • Production Support and Issue Resolution • Strong communication skills: building solid relationships with clients; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks Desired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 2 to 4 years of experience in leading cross functional design sessions • Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. • Expert level experience in business process analysis, design and implementation of business solutions; Ability to take business requirements from concept to production • Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation. • Solid experience in managing complex projects and must be able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management. • Excellent communication with both written and oral skills. • Effective organizational skills and time management skills.
