Job Description . Prepare Contract Program complete with full resource and cost loading. · Continuously monitor and update Contract Program. · Prepare fortnightly reports of actual progress against planned progress. · Prepare and continuously update as built Program including maintaining record of actual resources employed. · Identify delays against Contract Program, and advise PM and Lead Construction Manager accordingly. · Liaise and assist Lead Construction Manager, Site Engineer, and Site Foreman in the preparation and monitoring of short-term programmers. · Identify Program implications associated with Client Variations. · Liaise with Quantity Surveyor in respect of monitoring cash flow and preparation and updating of cash flow forecasts. Desired Candidate Profile - B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - 5 years experience in maintenance planning, cost control and contract management, preferably in an oil/ gas or petrochmemical industry.
