Conventional wisdom would have left David with the sheep and Elisha plowing the fields. And after being sold by his brothers, auctioned like an animal, lied on by a rulers wife, imprisoned indefinitely, who but God would have put in a good word for Joseph? You just never know the potential that lies in a persons life! But God had his hand on each of them and it was His choice that put each of these untrained men in important places for historic times! We are living in historic times! Who is it that God may pull away from his sheep? Or from his plowing? Or from his fishing boat? Or what fanatical frustrater of grace will see a light and hear a voice and become a torch bearer for truth? There are mighty hands shuffling the players for the greatest outpouring of the Holy Ghost our world has ever known! It doesnt matter how deep hes buried in prison or how many bad stories are told, if God is saying that the time has come to bring forth Joseph then Joseph shall rise from his prison! Blessings!
