Convey our concern to DC Kulgam and Director ULB: Sir, we the residents of Frisal Kulgam want Sachnews to convey our concern to DC Kulgam and Dirrctor ULB that Frisal being a MC town and maintained by ULB. Lanes and main road in market is being maintained and cleaned from garbage on regular basis. Although pace of development is slow due to lack of funds but we are still satisfied with service otherwise such a big area will turn into a garbage field. There are some vested interests esprcially gascharai land grabers who dont want MC Frisal to function. They have approached some officers/ politicians for its reversal when 95% of population want their town to be neat n clean, which is possible only with MC. We would like DC kulgam to clear the matter otherwise consquences will not be in favour of admin. And vested interests. With regards ( .Bashir Ahmed )
