Crazy core work with sliders. Burn that belly fat while strengthening your core. You will also feel this in your shoulders. 1. Grasshoppers 2. Alternating knee tuck to pike up 3. Sliding reptile (knee to elbow). Do each for 1 min. Rest for 30s in between each exercise. Do 3-5 sets. ------------------------------ The sliders are from my PiYo Deluxe kit.
