Crime Alert: On 11 Aug, 2013, at 2230hrs, at Blk 425 Choa Chu Kang Ave 4, inside the lift. A case of outrage of modesty cum robbery was reported. Victim is a female Chinese, 19 years old. Suspect was described as a male chinese, in his 30s, height 1.65 m tall. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve jacket with hoody and black bermudas. Modus operandi: Suspect followed vicitim into the lift. Before the victim could exit the lift, she was held back by the suspect who outrage her modesty and she was threatened with a 20cm knife. Her mobile phone samsung S3 was taken away.
