Cross Fit Monday will be Back and Biceps and Cardio....5:20 a.m. start Get there when you can...planning on 40-45 minutes. I will be running sprints until 5:10 a.m. For the members that have appoints at 5:15 a.m. I will be there. Remember this is short week...Monday Tuesday Classes only this week. No classes Wednesday at all we are closing at 3 p.m. ...Thanksgiving Day Workout at 6 a.m. Dungeons Gym North...all cardio (Sprints and Long Runs) followed by our 8th Annual Almost 5K Turkey Trot & Walk...bring items for the food shelf.. New schedule starts Dec. 2....stay tuned to FaceBook... Remember Saturday January Workouts will start Jan 11....This will be an All Cardio Workout for 90 minutes...no walking...sprints and long runs...up and down off tires...a very tough class...you have to see Brent for more details...if you cant keep up you will not be in the class...there will be no walking. I want to take this class to another level. You might not be ready for this class. That is O.K. We have other classes for you. We are taking 15 members into this class...so far we 11 in the class...I have 4 spots left.
