Currently the Carolinian Winery & Eatery is in a competition known as the Carolinian Apprentice. We are divided into 2 teams. So far the competition has been great and Team 2 so far has a lead but we still have until the end of labour day. Al from Snap London is doing a video in representation of our challenges. I am sure the video will produce a few laughs. Our first challenge was to make a dessert for the servers to sell to their customers. I will get the results. Our second challenge will be this Wednesday morning the 7th. Each team has to create a one pot hot dish to serve with the trio for our lunches. Our third challenge will be Wednesday August 21st. Each team will have to create a drink of the month and a shake. Good luck to both teams. The desserts were delicious on both teams.
