DAY 16: DRAMA MINISTERS 40 DAY PRAYER AND FASTING TRANSFER OF COVENANT Numbers 25:7-13 7Now when Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose from among the congregation and took a javelin in his hand; 8and he went after the man of Israel into the tent and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her body. So the plague was stopped among the children of Israel. 9And those who died in the plague were twenty-four thousand. 10Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 11“Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned back My wrath from the children of Israel, because he was zealous with My zeal among them, so that I did not consume the children of Israel in My zeal. 12Therefore say, ‘Behold, I give to him My covenant of peace; 13and it shall be to him and his descendants after him a covenant of an everlasting priesthood, because he was zealous for his God, and made [T]atonement for the children of Israel.’” On their way to Canaan Land, in the wilderness, Israel had camped in Acacia Grove very close to the land of the idolatrous Medianites. The Lord had warned them never to have anything to do with the people of the land, never to give their sons to them or take their daughters for their sons. They were to stay clear from the people. They were never to be corrupted by the godless people of the land. However, many of the sons of the leaders and the many of the young men left the camp to play with the ladies of the land, who made them bow to their god - Baal Poer. The Lord became angry and struck the entire camp with an affliction; then,ordered all the men to be executed. While Israel were crying in the camp and were in repentant assembly, a young man strolled into the camp with his Medianite girl friend, introduced her to his people and took her into his fathers tent. Then, a young man, Phinehas, son of the Priest of the land became furious at this audacity and disrespect for the presence of God. He took his spear, walked into the mans tent, and struck the man and the lady through as they cleaved to each other. When The Lord saw this display of zeal for The Lord God of Israel, He was happy and stayed the affliction in the camp immediately. The young son of the Priest had appeased His wrath. Furthermore, for that act of jealousy for the God of Israel, The Lord made an everlasting covenant with him and with his children and descendants after him: Numbers 25:12-13 12Therefore say, ‘Behold, I give to him My covenant of peace; 13and it shall be to him and his descendants after him a covenant of an everlasting priesthood, because he was zealous for his God, and made atonement for the children of Israel.’” And that was how the zeal of Phinehas earned for his childrens children an everlasting priesthood of The Lord. It was Noah The Lord gave an instruction to build the Ark, but did his obedience to The Lord not earn his children a covenant of safety from the flood? Your zeal for the work of The Lord could translate to a transfer of Gods covenant upon your children. All the sacrifices you are putting forth in the things of The Lord could translate to God favoring your children. Being zealous for The Lord in this ministry of Drama evangelism could mean you are provoking the covenant of God upon your children born and yet unborn. The Lord loves continuity of His assignment. He desires that the ministry He gives to his Children should continue, if possible, to future generations of the minister. He never intended that the visions he gave to you and the ministry He committed into your hand should die before you or die with you, it is His desire that every vision outlive the visioneer. In our ministry, all our children have been impacted with the anointing of the drama ministry. Some of them exhibit areas of specializations in the ministry of Drama. Among the Mount Zion children are script writers, continuity managers, cameramen, movie-editors and natural actor and actresses. I think it is a case of Transferred Covenant. They were never taught this in schools, it was divinely transferred. In Mount Zion, almost all of us are past beyond 50 years of age. We have began to have wedding ceremonies for our children. We had one last year, and at least another one is in queue this year. All these are in preparation for divine ministerial continuity of the calling and the mandate of the ministry committed in our hand. Your ministry and visions will not die with you in JESUS name. It is the plan of God that your children be anointed and endowed with the anointing of your calling and ministry. It is the Lords desire that you keep your inheritance which is your calling and ministry. It is not His will that your vision and ministry die before you or with you, but that the it grow bigger and bigger as you grow older in the ministry, through the children He would give or has given to you. So, your dedications, you zeals in the matter of the ministry. Your sacrifices and offerings, all all instrument of provoking this transferred covenant to your children. Today, many children of drama ministers are in transferred covenant of the ministry of their fathers. The zealous works and dedications of their fathers and mothers in the ministry of The Lord has attracted upon them the anointing and power to continue the work. Your calling and ministry from God, is your inheritance from The Lord. It is your portion in The Lords end-time agenda. The portion of your children and family. The Lord has planned for a continuity through your children. But, one of the things that would provoke this transfer of covenant, is your relationship with The Lord, your zeals, your dedication, your obedience, your surrenderness, and faithfulness to this heavenly assignment. 2 Kings 5:24-27 24When he came to the citadel, he took them from their hand, and stored them away in the house; then he let the men go, and they departed. 25Now he went in and stood before his master. Elisha said to him, “Where did you go, Gehazi?”And he said, “Your servant did not go anywhere.” 26Then he said to him, “Did not my heart go with you when the man turned back from his chariot to meet you? Is it time to receive money and to receive clothing, olive groves and vineyards, sheep and oxen, male and female servants? 27Therefore the leprosy of Naaman shall cling to you and your descendants forever.” And he went out from his presence leprous, as white as snow. That is a negative transfer of covenant. Gehazi despised the wisdom of the Prophet of God and greedily took the gifts he ought not to take. He disobeyed the leading of his master and earned a covenant of Leprosy. Not only for him, but also for his descendants forever. His continuity of Prophethood was terminated and he inherited a negative anointing for his children and childrens children. Some people did not know that their unfaithfulness and crafty moves in the work and ministry of The Lord would not affect them alone, but have some terrible implications beyond them. Some drama ministers do not realize that their dubious moves and antagonistic actions against their leadership or against other drama ministers are not at all in their favor. Some drama ministers do not understand that every ungodly and unrighteous behavior within their ministry may have a reverberating effect that will go beyond them. Today, I pray that every move that has been moved against the will of God will receive Gods mercy and forgiveness in Jesus name. And may The Lord bless the works of your ministry and create for you the Open Door of ministerial continuity in JESUS name. Good Morning.
