COURAGE TO FACE THE UGLY HEAD OF UNPAID DEBTS! 2 Kings 4:1-7 Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen. The woman was so courageous that she could not allow the ocean of the debt the husband had left to drown her. Remember we had people with familiar spirits whom we now call native of witch doctors depending on which continent we are in or even still palm readers. She analyzed her situation and came to the conclusion that this needed Jehovah’s hand. In the present times we could say she was just a phone call away from Elisha. Do you have a man of God you can call upon in times of trouble? As ministers of the gospel we must be there for the people when they are in need. Let us not only look at our welfare and forget the welfare of those we are called to serve. I had a situation in my life a few years ago and when I called for help from the person I regarded as my Elisha, I got a shocking answer ”there is nothing I can do” . This left a wound in spirit. It ought not so to be brothers and sisters. From that time I realized that for me as an individual, it is God and nobody else and that has been my life for the past twenty years. Peter had neither silver nor gold but he gave something! Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk There is something we have that we can give the people of God. Do not always look for what you can get from the congregation. Freely you have received and freely give. The Revelation of Divine Secrets of Success 2 Kings 4:1-7 2 And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil. Elisha heard the cry of the woman and asked her what she had in the house. I want to prophetically announce to you that what you are looking for as a source of happiness is there with you. Wipe your tears away child of God and pay attention to the instructions that will follow in this series. It does not matter the challenge you have in your life, there is power that is working already in your life in Jesus Name. You will not be put to shame by sinners and backsliders. Your enemies will never rejoice over your life. God has seen your affliction and has come down to deliver you. Success is coming your way in Jesus Name. I rejoice with you for the courage to read these messages as I am aware of people who are under affliction and needed these messages but because of spiritual pride they overlook them. God is no respecter of persons and what he is about to do in your life will cause everyone around you to wonder at His amazing power. This is a year of success in Jesus Name. An Elisha in your life is what you need. 2 Chronicles 20:20 And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. Prosperity is coming your way in Jesus Name. You will pay all your debts in Jesus Name.
