DO NOT Build with a Builder named Blue Key Properties. We signed a contract to build a small 15 square house and land package for investment in April 2013 and here we are in September the following year, and they are avoiding letting us hand over by not answering or returning our calls. 2 weeks ago we payed our Final Stage payment, and despite promises back then that they will get this done, they are not giving us a handover time or date. I write this so people can give their friends and family a heads up not to sign up with this builder, unless they want dishonesty, no communication and a huge amount of building time. You may not know of anyone, but someone that you know, may know someone that is thinking of building, and if this avoids one person signing up with this builder, it is worth it. PLEASE SHARE.
