HOW TO DO A SQUAT This video shows you how to do a squat This is a great exercise if you want to work your glutes, hamstrings and thighs (quadriceps). What this will do is work those muscle groups in tandem with each other or as its commonly known as a compound exercise. A compound exercise is where you are working more than one muscle group at the same time which allows you to burn more calories and fat whilst doing this exercise. If you combine this with other exercises in a small circuit of about 3-4 other exercises then you will definitely see a massive difference in your physique within 30 days if your nutrition is good as well. You can do this for as many as you can so to start with for 30 seconds or 3 sets of 10 repetitions and then progress from there.
