DO NOT.......be influenced by that which men count as valuable or successful or achievement.........That person is successful who causes happiness, and a reflection of the Divine in the lives of others. There are those on your plane who will make a great mark in history...there are those who will develop talents and abilities easily recognizable to others on your plane. Yet, not a shred of evidence of that accomplishment will be found on the records of Soul growth. For it is not that which men recognize as accomplishment, that is recorded here as the achievment of a Soul. But that one who causes the son or daughter, a wife, the neighbor, to have a little more Light, a little more pleasure, love, energy, happiness with which to accomplish the day to day living, he has lifted himself - and the entire race! --a little closer to God. Think long and hard on this.................
