DO NOT do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Queen Street. Horrible Customer Service. My Moms insurance company got her a car from there for 2 weeks. The entire cost of the rental was not covered by the insurance company so my Mom owes a small amount for 14 days. Enterprise insists its for 15 days, which is wrong. Mom picked up the car at 5:30PM on Friday the 11th and returned the car around 2PM today Friday the 25th. That is 14 days, not 15. 25-11=14. When she got home she called them and argued with them. The guy on the phone claimed he was the manager and that it was 15 days, not 14. Mom will never do business with them ever again. And if I ever need a rental Ill never do business with them either.
