DOCUMENT SCANNER NEEDED ASAP 44142 ($10 hourly) Randstad - Brook Park, OH - Scan into imaging using Application Extender and Datacap software the following documents within a two day (48 hour) time frame from the date of posting - Deducts for Eaton Electrical division must be scanned on a daily basis so that there is no more than a 12 hour delay (Deducts from the prior day will be scanned the next morning, deducts from the current day will be scanned as the last task of the day) - The Datacap batch scanning process will be used to scan all cash and wire batches with barcodes within a two day time period from the posting date - Responsible for monitoring the job log, running the Datacap processes and verifying batches within Datacap - All hard copies of the documents scanned must be kept and filed in sequential order and on a monthly basis packaged and labeled for offsite storage - Back log error report on a daily basis; Will correct any and all errors detected within the imaging of documents - Scan the following documents monthly- daily bank deposits, R8502 reports (daily and monthly), customer account maintenance, customer set-ups, transfers, GL recon batches and all other GL documents cont. next pg. - All documents are to be scanned for each prior month by the end of the second week in the current month Working hours: First Shift - MUST have obtained a School Diploma (or equivalent) in the USA - At least 2 years of experience in a role with Scanning as main job function.
