DONE WITH APPLE~IPHONE~ !! This Morning my 5month old IPHONE 5S BLEW UP/CAUGHT ON FIRE, while charging in a business, setting off the Fire Alarms, dispatching 3 FIRE TRUCKS!!! Ive been on the phone ALL day with APPLE, trying to resolve this issue! They wanted pictures of the phone melted, I SENT them over 10 pics! They called back wanted more pics and the Fire report etc etc!! Still being non cooperative!!! This is a SAFETY CONCERN!!! What if I was talking on the phone while it BLEW UP? What if it was in your CHILDS pocket?! Apple is trying to cover these defects up!! I didnt like where I saw this conversation going!! It was Very Suspicious of APPLE to waste this much of my time and not take care of this the way they shouldve Immediately! After I had ENOUGH I told this guy whom I was dealing with, I AM DONE. I am just going to contact an Attorney and share this with Media/social networks. Not even 5 MNUTES later he called back stating; he had the leverage to pull some strings and they could send me a replacement phone ASAP to resolve this matter! WOW~ Really?!! ALL THAT FOR THAT!?! HMMMM .. Thanks APPLE but Im still sharing this story!!! YOU SHOULD TOO!!!
