[DOUBLE BEDROOM AVAILABLE- SINGLE - MID&LONG TERM] Hello peoples, I have another room to offer in my flat near the top of Leith walk, about a third of the way down from Princess Street to the Foot of the Walk. You’ll be sharing with a Scottish guy (me) who works from home, a New Zealand couple, and a cat whose name is Pete, but ‘Fluffy and/or Terrorist’ depending on his mood. Double bed, old fashioned dresser/mirror, a small walk in wardrobe etc, gas hob, kitchen (good for cooking) with standard appliances, common eating area, etc. It’s a non-smoking flat and deposit is one months’ rent. Move in date would be ideally be from January 5th for hand-over with current person (the months bills/rents split accordingly). I’d be looking to rent the room for 7 months initially, possibly longer. -Rent is £350 a month. -Electric / gas is done via top up cards, we take turns adding to them (and cleaning common area at the weekends, rota thing on the fridge) -Council Tax Band is C, (broadband internet and C.Tax are worked out per person per month) -Comes furnished with Cat Feel free to PM me for more information pictures and to arrange viewings, All the best. p.s.
