Dahi kebab Ingredients : Hung curd 1 cup , paneer 2 cups (200-225 gms) finely grated , bread slices 3-4 ( grind in a mixer ) , green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp , white pepper powder 1/2 tsp , salt to taste , green chilly 1-2 very finely chopped , coriander leaves chopped 1-2 tsp ,bread crumbs to coat . Method : mix all the above ingredients . Shape them in to kebab shape . Coat with bread crumbs .keep refrigerated for an hour . Carefully deep fry n serve with mint chutney . ( Note : while frying these , be careful coz at times it splutters . In this case keep refrigerated for some more time then deep fry . You can adjust the no. of bread slices . If there is no water in curd then add less bread . Its mixture is slightly on softer side . So handle it lightly . )
