Daily Hello, Planners usually succeed more than those who never think about what type of experiences they need to reach specific goals. Tiger Woods had a father who planned. Serena and Venus Williams had a father who planned. Bill Gates had a mother and father who planned. No one who plans fails completely. Those who fail to plan usually always fail. People who plan, may fail periodically at specific goals but long-term success requires short term goals and executing a plan. All of the students who I have mentored learned this skill. Some of them excelled more than others because they mastered it. And when life got difficult they just remembered to stick to their plans or to create new plans. Either way, planning brings about measurable results. And measurable results will create a way of improving yourself.
