Day 12 of 30 day challenge 3D burpees/3D pushups 1)Reps between 1 and 25 in each movement position displayed in video. 2)sets between 1 and 4 sets of the before listed reps that you selected depending on your physical level( beginners should stick 1-5 repetitions and 2 sets of it is easy then go for 4 sets before increasing the amount of reps) 3) changing the levels in this particular video may make it easier or harder depending upon your physical level. If you are a beginner start with hands on an elevated surface(ex couch/step or a chair as long as surface is stable) and as you feel the difficulty decide if you should stay there or change levels. 4) make sure you feel comfortable with the numbers you select. (Example: my day will be reps: 20 @ 5 burpees movements 4 sets). 5)If you are just beginning exercise contact me and I will coach you. If you have question s on form feel free to reach out. 6)If something hurts don t do it 7) also if you dont have a lot of time feel free to break the circuit up for instance 2sets in the morning 2 sets evening) 8)this is a challenge I m doing if you chose to join please record your results and if its support well we are doing it together so I m glad to motivate. 9) the goal I would love to see out of others would be just moving around more perfecting foundational movements.
