Day 17: Wednesday, January 22 Plank: 1 minute Squats: 105 Crunches: 50 Leg Raises: 30 Push Ups: 22 Flutter Kicks: 32 If you second guessed being a part of this before, you wasted your ONE opportunity. If youre using that one opportunity now, youre already too far into to quit. Crunches took a massive jump today, I know. From here out, the circuit work wont be the only part that challenges you. Just know - itll make that rest day feel so much sweeter. Nobody is asking you to save kittens from flame engulfed buildings. Were asking you to stick with it. Be ready for a quicker increase from now until our finish line. Weve had our warm up. Everyone is still in it, and still cursing - which tells me youre still alive and completing the exercises. Two days till Rest. Lets gettit.
