Its going to kick my ass for sure... And I want to enjoy it, not just survive it to say I did it. I dont have to be in Rome until September 11, so why rush things. So today i am taking a down day to let my legs recover and build new muscle for the rest of the trip. Obviously I can can finish the hike, but at what cost.
