Day 2 completed for the #3DayRefresh ... so glad that I am doing this. I had such a bad week last week, couldnt workout but once, and ate airport vending machine food and food court food just to survive a four day travel from Korea to Kansas City. Now I am taking these three days to completely get my body back on track. However, I am seriously missing my #21DayFix workout. Gotta figure this one out. I cant believe I am saying that I am going through workout withdrawal but I LOVE that workout and feel so different when I am not doing it. Am I crazy?
