Day 5 #beSTRONGin2015 Bakasana Crow Pose. This was one of the first arm balances I ever did. It was on my Yoga Zone Power DVD and I always dreaded this part. Even when I finally got it, my feet barely came off the floor and I shivered holding it. It took time. Start with placing your hands in front of your feet, bend your elbows and create a shelf for your knees. (Video) Start by taking one foot off the floor then other. Stabilize your core, press through the hands and have a little faith! Place a pillow by your head if that makes you feel better :) As you grow stronger, work on getting the knees up by the armpits and straightening out the arms. Im still working on that!
