Jump up into tuck handstand.Then slowly straighten one leg and bring it back. Then straighten the other leg etc. If you can do it be faster. If you cant do it practice tuck handstand AND/ OR pike handstand again And again Keep your arms shoulder width apart. Place your hands ✋ claw-like. Bend your fingers and press your finger tips into the ground. Hold it there as long as you can. OR you just jump up and down and practice the tuck handstand. This version is a great training to build up strength holistically. When you jump up straighten your arms as best as you can. Engage you pelvic floor, keep your abdomen firm.
