Dear AAP hater, So have you hated any other political party - TopicsExpress

Dear AAP hater, So have you hated any other political party before? If yes, we’ll carry the discussion forward. If not, I wonder how – unless you are a blind supporter of any of them – or party worker – or a member – or one of your family members is a member – or because you are a paid voter by one of those parties! If you are none of them and yet still have never hated any other political party or any of their leaders, then your blood was never hot! And if your blood is hot now throwing abuses at AAP, good GOD that you have induced some sensibilities of a national into your blood albeit with a skewed perception which urgently needs a correction. You better stay put as the national sensibilities that have touched your nerves recently ironically are AAP’s gift to you. Never before recently politics and nationalism have been this interesting. Never before recently has anything caught the imagination of youth as AAP has now. You should be thankful to AAP not be abusing them just because it seems a fashion to do so in recent days. The discussion is back to our haters now who have been sensible to our nation’s political wind before and have grown over-sensible now ranting against The[sic] AAP. You were sensible before but never this aggressive in throwing words of frustration at a Party. Why? Have there never been enough reasons to do so? Where was your over the top enthusiasm and sensibilities when scams were being committed? Where was your anger when other parties and politicians were carrying out their monopolistic acts with you watching as a helpless lad? And when a man and his party are trying to experiment with a style of democracy that could be course-changing, we, disgustingly behave as ‘Indian crabs’ trying to pull down a crab who is climbing the wall of the suffocating bottle of democracy. Only if he gets out of here, will he be able to gather enough means of pulling us out along. After all, what has the tried and tested system given us till now! Have we been happy with what all we have been facing till now? Did we never hope for a change silently within? The Jan Lokpal movement pulled our strings. What do we think was the reason? It was simple - we connected to it. We wanted to breath and that was a fresh gust of air. Since then, till now, Mr. Kejriwal has grown to be more action oriented and practical. This was evident when AAP, post Delhi assembly elections, took decision more from mind than heart taking outside support from Congress to form cabinet which ultimately saved Delhi a 200Cr spend at the least. They have not, by an iota, lost anything in principle although a lot of rhetoric is doing rounds on the principles compromised. How many of us, the AAP haters, have dared to do that before - of plunging into mess to clean it ourselves? When he with his team have dared to do it, we have to understand they are rookie politicians with PhD of thoughts, courage, conviction, enthusiasm and activism under their belt. We need to give them time to deliver. Results will not flow instantly. When good things happen, evil things prevent them. That’s the rule of nature and that is what is happening currently. None of AAP leaders are GODs that they should be expected to be flawless. All of them are human beings and human beings do come with flaws. It is our take how much of good we identify and percept than bad. It’s high time we had faith in faith for our past leaders and parties have, at large, failed the faith that we had in them. Some of us say AAP has not delivered on what all they promised? So, how much have our past leaders and parties delivered? Are we happy with all of them and we never needed a change? Let’s not be hypocrites. Let’s not rant at AAP out of a fashion and to show that we are intelligent and one rung above the crowd which are going with AAP now. We definitely see things progressing on many fronts. How do we say no to that! Don’t most of us claim that we understand people? That we read our friends well? That we can differentiate a good friend from a bad? If yes, can’t we read the honesty in this man Arvind’s face and his speeches? We are at a stage when we need honesty in carrying out our duties. Things that have gone bad will start falling into place when the people we chose carry out their duties with honesty and sensibility. Straightfulness has often been termed as rudeness by people who are not strong enough to accept their shortcomings. That exactly is what is happening to AAP’s members who are not happy with Mr. Kejriwal. He could however become a little soft with his members with his principles hard and tight in their places. This is going to help him scale bigger heights. I personally, do not have anything to say against Mr. Kejriwal and his party AAP which I seriously, with all my heart, believe has Almighty’s blessings. I however hope he becomes more cautious of his party men as some of them could actually be rots and he needs to keep quarantining them at regular intervals. I wish Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and AAP all the best in their current tenure at Delhi Assembly and pray a thousand prayers for their success. I also wish them All The Best in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. It doesn’t really matter how many seats they win in Lok Sabha Polls and personally I’m in no hurry to see them as a single largest party in parliament and ruling the center. I just wish to see their elected candidates carrying out exemplary work both across India as MPs & at Delhi as their Government. Success will then follow in the years to come. Let AAP stick to their goodwill here-and-there glitches notwithstanding – and deliver wherever they can – to their best. Success and goodwill will follow. Obstacles are all but natural and necessary. They test a man’s resilience. I continue my hope on AAP with one of the greatest sayings of all time by Swami Vivekananda (abridged from my memory) – “If you find your journey smooth, you can be sure you are on the wrong path.” Love & Prayers for AAP An Aam Aadmi
