Dear AT&T, I read an article that said whenever I called your service center that my call would be taken by a veteran that had served our country, and had been wounded while in the line of duty. That little tidbit of info eased the bite of the astronomically HIGH bill I pay faithfully every month. Well that ceased today while trying to figure out why my friends new phone will not download pics sent by text!!! I call your service center only to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer my call, when someone finally answers It is... You guessed it, someone in India! I TRY to explain the problem we are having with the phone only to be told, Im so very sorry I do not understand your accent (are you freaking kidding me) I told her no maam it is not my accent you do not understand it is English that you do not understand, please connect me with someone in the USA! She told me I would have to hang up and dial the same number I just dialed, again, then disconnected the line! I am so done with AT&T! When my contract is up I WILL find a new provider.
