Dear Fellow Arcadians, It is with mixed emotions that I announce that Kyle DeWees, Camp Arcadias program director for the last four years, will be leaving the Camp Arcadia staff for a fundraising position as development officer for Saginaw Valley Lutheran High School. His last day will be September 30. I am sad to have Kyle leave, but I am excited for him and his family as they embark on this new chapter of their lives. Join me in giving thanks to God for Kyles ministry at Camp Arcadia. Camp Arcadia is stronger because of Kyles efforts as program director. Not only did he usher in many welcomed improvements to Camps programs, but he also excelled in connecting with campers of all ages. Kyles energy and willingness to go above and beyond to serve guests was a hallmark of his service at Camp Arcadia. In the coming weeks you will hear more about our job search for a new program director. If you know of someone who might be interested, please direct him or her to me at chip@camp-arcadia. In the meantime, please take the opportunity to add your thanks to ours for Kyles service.
