Dear Friends, Greetings of peace and joy. I wish to thank all of you for your prayers and greetings on my birthday. All of you have been so gracious and generous. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. My birthday was a day of personal pray and reflection for me. It was a day of gratitude to God and gratitude to the people because of whom, I am what I am today. It is only our efforts that make us what we are. Other people enter into our lives and shape it. Therefore we always need to have a sense of gratitude to others. In the ultimate analysis, everything is by God’s grace and gift. Therefore we must always be grateful to him. Another reflection of mine was that, as a Bishop and minister of Christ, my main priority has to be love of Christ, to receive the love of Christ and to share it with others. All my activities and endeavours, all the works in the diocese, should be an expression and a communication of Christ’s love. I also said to the people in my homily that this love of Christ is a recipe for happiness. It helps us to have proper dealings with others. So once again, thanks to all of you for your kindness and thoughtfulness for my birthday. God bless you
