Dear Friends Less than one week to go until my goal of completing the Ride London-Surrey 100 miles on Sunday 4th August in aid of SCOPE. SCOPE is a charity whose aim is to change society for the better, so that disabled people and their families can have the same opportunities as everyone else. I am taking part in the Ride to help SCOPE support disabled people and their families to lead the lives they choose. I’ve been training with the team and the regular cycles up Newlands Corner, Leith Hill and Box Hill have taken their toll. I hope I am ready.
