ABOUT While Malaysia’s economic achievements are a matter of record, much remains to be fully understood about the policies in the area of human development. Importantly, the challenge lies in ensuring that the benefit of growth is equally shared by its citizens, especially given the peculiarity of the country’s political economy, which attaches an ethnic dimension to development policy.
