Dear Mr. Correiro and Mr. Baptista, My first open letter two - TopicsExpress

Dear Mr. Correiro and Mr. Baptista, My first open letter two you to gentleman was reported and deleted, I would like to post this reiteration in hopes that you will make a smart business decision concerning the employment of Michael Ramos. I am sure even a small, non-franchise dealership like yourselves saw the value in Reputation Management, even before F&R became infamous overnight. I am also confident that you eager to begin damage control to salvage whats left of your business. Unfortunately, your festering wound will not heal as long as the bacteria that is Michael Ramos continues to pick at the scab. Mr. Ramos is your F&I manager. He is obviously in charge of structuring your deals, calculating advances, TILA, Risk Based Pricing, booking out vehicles, CIT, and most importantly COMPLIANCE. The Attorney General and Mr. Obamas CFPB have erections for car dealerships right now. Therefore you must ask yourself this question. After the character shown by Mr. Ramos in the surveillance video, would a smart business owner leave such a person in charge of delicate financial transactions- especially one who has made nearly 13,000 enemies from one Facebook page? If you choose to maintain the employment of Mr. Ramos, my page will continue to post information on a daily basis, each time picking that same scab by putting it front and center in the newsfeed of those 13,000 (and growing) followers. Is it a wise business decision to subject each financial transaction to the scrutiny of an angry mob? Nearly every dealership in the country falls out of compliance at some point, even some of the top dealer groups that have Ivy League CFOs in charge. How do you think a pot lot with a staff that cant figure out how to make change for a pizza will fare if and when the reports of non-compliance begin? My offer to you stands. I dont care about either of you. I honestly dont think your business can recover from this. However, I have met some of your employees that are good people who are now in a bad situation because of the actions of two employees and a subcontractor. Therefore, all it takes for me to stop posting on this page is the termination of Michael Ramos. Simple really. Again, this is not a threat or an attempt to extort funds or material gain for myself or anyone else. It is merely an offer to stop posting publicly available information via this or any other medium. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
