Dear Sir, Assalamu Alaikum, We are pleased to inform you that, after getting good response from our valued participants CHAOWS is going to organise second batch day-long Training workshop on “Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Law, 2013” at “GREAT INDIA Restaurant” Plot # 13, Road # 02, Sector # 3 (north side of ARONG), Uttara, Dhaka. On 13th September, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Objective of the training course: The specific objective of the training course is to identify & learn which sections & sub-sections were changes in the Bangladesh Labour Law, 2006 by amending in 2013 and how to implement in the practical field. Training Methods: Lecture, Power point presentation, open discussion, question & answer session. Target Group: Senior and mid-level managers/executives working in different departments including admin, personnel, compliance and HR department. Resource Persons: 1. Kazi Saifuddin Ahmed Labour Adviser, Bangladesh Employers’ Federation & Former Director of Labour and Chief Inspector of Factories & Establishment. 2. Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, LL.B (Hones), LL.M Joint Secretary (Labour), BGMEA & Member, First Labour Court, Dhaka. Total seats for each batch: Only 40 seats are available for each batch.
